You can request account deletion, data deletion, or data export by emailing support@kithandkind.app.

Private-content safety

Please do not include raw journal text, person-note text, access codes, credentials, auth tokens, raw Lens outputs, full prompts, or memory candidate text unless you intentionally choose to share private content for support.

Kith & Kind is a journaling and reflection tool. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical care, crisis support, or emergency support.
