Kith & Kind Privacy Policy
Kith & Kind is a private journaling and relationship memory app. It helps you reflect on emotional moments, remember relationship context, and choose one clearer next step.
Information we may collect
- Account information, such as email address.
- Journal entries you create.
- People cards and person notes you create.
- Saved reflections, next steps, memory suggestions, and approved memories.
- App usage and diagnostic information, if enabled.
How we use information
- Provide the app.
- Save and sync your data.
- Generate or display reflections, if Lens or AI-assisted features are enabled.
- Respond to support requests.
- Improve reliability and fix bugs.
Memory and relationship data
Durable memory suggestions remain pending until you explicitly approve, edit, or reject them. Kith & Kind does not silently write durable relationship memory.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your private journal entries or people notes.
- We do not use private journal entries or people notes for advertising.
- We do not import contacts, import messages, scrape social accounts, or monitor communications.
- We do not create public people profiles, compatibility scores, or relationship scores.
Account, deletion, and export requests
You can request account deletion, data deletion, or data export by contacting support@kithandkind.app.
Kith & Kind is not therapy, diagnosis, medical advice, crisis support, emergency support, or a replacement for professional care.
